7dgame applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures to all Accounts. You may be required to submit copies of a government-issued national identity document, proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of your nominated payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified may result in suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is complete.

All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, Wagers, and winnings on the 7dgame Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Such activity may be treated as an attempt to use the Platform for financial transactions unrelated to legitimate gaming and may result in Account suspension, return of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.
All bonuses, free spin credits, reload offers, and promotional campaigns offered by 7dgame are subject to specific terms that are published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms prevail for the relevant bonus only.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time limit. Unused Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry of the time limit.

7dgame reserves the right to void any Wager that has been placed at incorrect odds or game parameters due to a technical error, data feed failure, or manifest error on the Platform. Where reconstruction is not possible, the Wager will be refunded in full to the Player's Account. The outcome of all completed game rounds is final.

All content on the 7dgame Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audiovisual elements, and the compilation of content — is the property of 7dgame or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the 7dgame Platform without prior written consent from 7dgame. 7dgame provides the Platform and all Games on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 7dgame makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the uninterrupted availability of any specific Game or Provider content.

Upon closure, any Real-Money balance will be returned to your nominated payment method after deduction of any outstanding liabilities.
